3、Efficient Teaching：The school continued to optimize the teaching strategies and enhanced skills training, and control student assessment, short-term and high-efficency enhance student skills. 

4、Mentoring Teaching：Based on situated cognition and learning theory, mentoring teaching combines the core elements of the traditional apprenticeship with the theoretical education , regarding the engineer with practical experience in the field of robotics as a teacher,  to guide the students to learn. This teaching method can pass the teacher’s thinking to the students by showing and tutoring. Students make  observation, thinking and practicing in the real situation  and can do the independent work and research gradually. 

       Our school learn from the German dual system education model and combine the concept of modern apprenticeship training ideals, based on the school-enterprise cooperation , taking the student development as the core , course as a link, making the depth participate of the school，enterprise and teacher as the support, to avoid the drawbacks of traditional training mode . This way  based on the practice and strengthen practical ability, improving working efficiency.  It takes the  production line as the teaching place, taking the engineer as the teacher, relieving the derailment phenomenon in traditional training and  manufacture.
